We have created these guiding principles for youth serving organizations within our community, to ensure that all entities who serve youth are doing so through the lens of trauma informed care, developmental assets and relationships. These principles are the standards we have established to guide our decisions and the way we work together in the pursuit of building a holistic, asset-based, collaborative system where youth can thrive in Bartholomew County. These guiding principles define what it means for the youth, stakeholder responsibilities and what each principle looks like in practice.
